The Star Trek: Enterprise 'Sheet One' is now available on Sci-Fi Universe.
The 'Sheet One' wasn't supposed to be released to public, at least not yet.

Sheet One's are made by UPN to promote series and seasons to UPN clients who want to sponsor a series.

The season 4 Sheet One notes the series will eventually leads to the formation of the United Federation of Planets.
Like Many Coto recently said, probably next season, if UPN renews Enterprise.

Also the T'Pol and Trip relationship will be continued in the fourth season, as well as some 'mysterious twists in the familiar timeline'.
